Originally from Charlotte, she spent 13 years living in Europe, gaining a unique design perspective. As a mother of three, she understands the importance of creating comfortable and practical, yet exquisite, spaces. Kristin's favorite room in her own home is her screened in porch, where she enjoys relaxing with her family.

Andrina Pratt, associate designer, loves helping clients fall in love with their homes again! With 12 years of experience, she has seen and worked on many different types of residential properties, and has honed her skills to create beautiful and functional spaces for our clients. She is known for her frugal and fabulous design style, being a wonderful mom to three children, and cheering on others to use their God-given talents!

Sarah Cash brings her marketing background to our design team. Her favorite design style is Midcentury Modern, and she loves seeing the transformation of a space from start to finish! Her favorite room in the house is the dining room, as she enjoys hosting friends and family over a home cooked meal. She loves making people laugh and creating warm and inviting spaces that her guests will love.

Chelsy Shofner, manager of business operations, is a small business management and real estate expert with a passion for architecture and design. She enjoys minimalistic and French modern styles, and her favorite room in her home is the kitchen. With a knack for getting things done quickly and efficiently, Chelsy is always ready to tackle new challenges and projects. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family and friends, and discovering new places in Charlotte.
